Generations

Hi!

This is a little "thoughts" post. I can think about our different generations and how much that has change since I was little (with little I mean like 8-10y/o). I think it's a bit sick that 5 year olds get Iphones and all that but it wasn't what I was thinking about now.

I think about all the good movies, how much they have change. First, all these awesome disney movies came in the 1960s - 1990s (Mickey mouse came in the 20s but I'm thinking about Cinderella, The Lion King, Robin Hood, The jungle book, more princess movies and more ..) I mean I still watch that kind of movies but sometimes it cross my mind "will my children ever gonna see these good movies as I have?"...

If we take Winnie the Pooh for example, this is how I think of him (this kind of color, and this kind of painting):

but now a days our sweet Pooh bear looks like this: 

the colors is sharper and yeah... I don't like it anymore.. where are all the details?? 

Look at this (below) it's so many details in the background, I can't paint any thing like this...

 But this (below)..hm... my little cousins could probably paint it (Okey a bit over reacting but I hope you understand what I mean) Just look at the difference on the grass on these two pics (over and below)..

So what will they look at? Will they ever see The lion king? or any other of those classic movies...

Hm.. hard to say, but I'm going to force my kids to watch all those classic (disney) movies :p haha...

....and Titanic, no one can have a happy life without seeing Titanic ;)

Sorry that this got a bit long but some of you maybe have the same thoughts as me? ;p
