Hiiiiii!
I've just finished painting my nails and now I'm sitting by the piano and trying to learn some songs :p
At 4 I will go to the gym with Emma and I think it's so fun with the training now when it have gave some results. I don't think I'm fat or something like that just so you know, I'm training to keep healthy, I'm not with in any sport team or something like that, so the gym is the only training I have.
Speaking of the gym. I have watch a bit of the people at the gym and it's so fun to see how everyone is training. Not all but MANY guys I seen at the gym are training their arms mostly and their stomach but mostly arms. I'll guess they want to have muscular arms that many girls like ;) Some guys are very funny to watch, because they take to much weight on the machines than they can take, so instead of doing 15x3 they do ... 5 (Only 5) haha cuties...
And then it is the girls... haha almost all the girls at the gym is training the same thing and that's three things, stomach, butt, thighs (specially the inner thighs). I think it's fun to see how different we are and what parts of the body we value more.
When Emma and I go to the gym do we always do a whole body training, and that feels good in the body the day after ;)
